Runic Dust Mod 1.5.2

About this mod:

The Runic Dust mod is about creating runes and inscriptions out of magical dusts, then fashioning them for a magical use.  The v2 branch of this mod not only symbolizes the changing of developers, but will, in time, bring forth more mod compatibility and new mechanics.
