Enderman Overhaul Wiki

Enderman Overhaul is a mob-overhaul mod that transforms the vanilla enderman into a whole family of biome-specific creatures. Rather than a single black silhouette that appears everywhere, each biome gains its own enderman variant with a unique model, hand-drawn textures, glowing eyes, custom sounds and smooth animations.

The result is a world where the End's wandering messengers finally feel connected to the places they appear in — a coral-encrusted enderman near warm oceans, an antlered dark-oak enderman in the roofed forest, a towering crystalline enderman among ice spikes, and many more.

Enderman Overhaul adds over twenty distinct variants, each themed after the biome it calls home. Highlights include:

• Coral Enderman — reef-coloured, found around warm oceans.
• Ice Spikes Enderman — a tall, crystalline figure blending into frozen spikes.
• Dark Oak Enderman — an antlered, tree-like variant of the roofed forest.
• Crimson & Warped Forest Endermen — Nether variants glowing with fungal colour.
• Mushroom Fields Enderman — capped with a red mushroom, unusually calm.
• Desert, Savanna, Badlands Endermen — sun-worn, sandy-toned wanderers.
• Swamp, Flower Fields, Windswept Hills Endermen — each tuned to its terrain.
• End Enderman — the crowned original, at home in its native dimension.

Every variant keeps the eerie presence that makes endermen memorable while wearing the colours of its biome.

Most variants behave like the classic enderman — they are neutral until provoked, dislike being looked at directly, and can teleport away when threatened. Several biome variants add their own flavour on top of this, from unique particle trails to biome-appropriate quirks, so encounters feel different depending on where you are in the world.

Their glowing eyes and ambient particles make them easy to spot at night, giving each biome a subtle sense of atmosphere after dark.

The mod includes a spawn egg for every variant, letting you summon any enderman directly in creative mode to admire its model and animations. Alongside the variants, Enderman Overhaul adds a set of themed drops and crafted items tied to the endermen, giving the mob overhaul a light gameplay footprint beyond pure visuals.
