Ranged Pumps 9minecraft Mod adds a single, powerful pump block that can extract fluids (lava, water, and any modded fluid) from a wide area without needing to sit directly on the fluid source. Power it with Forge Energy, connect pipes or tanks, and drain entire Nether lava lakes effortlessly. This is a NeoForge 26.2 port of the original Ranged Pumps by Refined Mods.

Features:

• One pump block drains fluids up to 64 blocks in all horizontal directions
• Works with water, lava, and any fluid added by other mods
• Powered by Forge Energy (FE/RF) – energy cost configurable, or disable entirely
• Stops automatically when receiving a Redstone signal
• Internal tank holds 32 buckets of fluid, auto-pushes to adjacent pipes/tanks
• Replaces drained fluid blocks with stone (prevents holes) – configurable

How to Use:

1. Craft the Ranged Pump (iron/obsidian/piston – see crafting recipe).
2. Place it above or near a fluid source (lava lake, ocean, etc.).
3. Connect a Forge Energy source to power the pump.
4. Attach fluid pipes or tanks to the pump’s side/bottom outputs.
5. Right-click the pump to see its current status – active, full, or idle.
6. Send a Redstone signal to pause pumping at any time.

Tips & Notes:

• The pump does not chunkload itself – use a chunkloader if pumping unloaded chunks.
• Place lava generators higher than the pump so it won’t suck up your generator lava.
• The scan pattern goes one block below the pump and straight down to bedrock.
• After draining all fluid, the pump idles until new fluid appears.

How to install:

1. Download and install NeoForge 26.2 for Minecraft 1.21.1.
