Wood+ Resource Pack mostly changes the colors of Woods in Minecraft. Some quite drastically too, with an example being Jungle Wood which is now a Charcoal color. From that, the colors have been made a lot softer, and the textures smoothed out. Lots of wood related blocks have been changed too, like Fences, Pressure Plates, Chests and so on. In general, with a low resolution, it is a good option for those who wish to try new enhancement to the wood in Minecraft game.
