Overview#
The Class Armor Mod is a comprehensive expansion for Subaraki's RPG Inventory mod, introducing a class-based progression system to Minecraft. By equipping specific sets of armor and weapons, players unlock powerful abilities, unique spells, and specialized combat roles. The mod is divided into several distinct class modules: Berserker, Mage, Archer, Necromancer, Paladin, and Beast Master.

To activate a class, a player must wear all four pieces of the corresponding armor set. Some advanced abilities further require the use of a class-specific shield or weapon. This mod relies on SubLib and RPG Inventory to function, utilizing the additional inventory slots for jewelry, capes, and pets.

The Berserker Class#
The Berserker is a high-risk, high-reward melee specialist who thrives in the heat of battle. They sacrifice traditional heavy plate for Animal Hides, allowing for greater mobility and raw power.
Mechanics
- Rampage: When the Berserker's health drops below a certain threshold, they enter a rage state, significantly increasing their attack damage and speed.
- Ground Smash: Using the Rage Breaker hammer, the Berserker can strike the ground to create a shockwave that launches nearby enemies into the air.
Equipment

The Mage Class#

Spell List
To cast a spell, the player must be wearing the full Mage Robe set and have the Arcane Book in their class slot. Type the following words in chat:
- Ignis: Launches a fireball at the target location.
- Aqua: Creates a localized healing aura for the caster and allies.
- Terra: Manipulates the environment, often used for defensive earth walls.
- Aer: Releases a powerful gust of wind to push back encroaching mobs.
Equipment
- Mage Robes: Crafted using Magic Leather (Leather combined with Gold or Lapis).
- Arcane Book: The primary focus for all spellcasting.
- Wands: Various wands can be crafted to enhance specific elemental damage types.
The Paladin and Necromancer#
These two classes represent the duality of light and shadow, each with unique interactions with the undead.
Paladin
- Sun Sword: A holy blade that can call down a Torment of Fire, a massive fire storm that deals devastating damage specifically to undead mobs (Zombies, Skeletons, etc.).
- Paladin Shield: A heavy shield that provides superior protection and can be upgraded with Shield Plating.
Necromancer
- Undead Minions: The Necromancer can summon mini-zombies and skeletons to fight on their behalf. These minions follow the player and attack hostile targets.
- Soul Harvesting: Necromancer armor allows the player to sustain their minions through combat.

The Beast Master#
The Beast Master is a unique class focused on taming and leveling animal companions. They use specialized tools to capture and train pets that grow in power alongside the player.
Pet Mechanics
- Taming: Use a Lure to attract wild animals. Once lured, they can be tamed and assigned to the Pet slot in the RPG Inventory.
- Leveling: Pets gain experience through combat and can reach a maximum level of 200. As they level up, their health, damage, and armor stats increase.
- Available Pets: Wolf, Ocelot, Pig, and Cow.
Items
- Clipping Claws: Used to gather materials from animals without killing them, essential for crafting Beast Master gear.
- Beast Master Leather: A unique material required for the class armor set.

The mod adds several intermediate materials required for high-tier class gear.

Mechanics and Integration#
The Class Armor mod is deeply integrated with the RPG Inventory system. Players must use the expanded inventory screen (default key: I or a dedicated button in the survival inventory) to equip class items.
Equipment Slots
- Class Slot: Holds the primary class item (e.g., Arcane Book, Lure).
- Shield Slot: Specifically for the Iron Thorn, Paladin Shield, or Archer's Quiver.
- Jewelry Slots: For Rings and Necklaces that provide passive stat boosts (Speed, Attack, Health Regen).
- Cape Slot: For aesthetic and functional capes.
Class Requirements
To benefit from class abilities, the following conditions must be met:
- Full Set: Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, and Boots of the same class must be equipped.
- Shielded Bonus: For the Paladin and Berserker, the class-specific shield must be held or equipped in the shield slot to use active abilities like the Fire Storm or Ground Smash.
