ViaProxy is a standalone proxy software which allows players to join every Minecraft server version (Classic, Alpha, Beta, Release, Bedrock).

Features:

  • Allows players to use an older client (e.g., 1.7.10) or a newer client to connect to any server supporting versions from 1.0 to 1.21.x, including Classic/Alpha/Beta/Bedrock.
  • When combined with GeyserMC, ViaProxy enables Bedrock Edition players (such as MCPE) to join Java Edition servers and vice versa.
  • Supports signed chat protocol (chat signing), online mode, and even Minecraft Realms.
  • Supports special features like Simple Voice Chat.

How to use:

  • Download ViaProxy below.
  • Run via GUI, configure the server address, desired client/server version.
  • Start ViaProxy ➝ use the provided address (default localhost:25565 or a custom port) to connect via the Minecraft client.
