Animated and Emissive Ice and Fire and Spartan Weaponry Resource Pack adds moving and glowing textures for the Ice and Fire and Spartan Weaponry mods. It changes the look of dragon-blood weapons so they flash and shine in the dark. The pack also makes magic items like pixie dust and dragon blood glow. You need OptiFine to see the bright glowing parts, but the moving animations work fine without it.
