  • Adds thirst, body heat, and food spoiling mechanics that force you to hunt for safe canned goods
  • Includes backpacks for inventory space and requires you to manually pick up dropped items from the ground
  • Features realistic sound physics that make zombie groans echo inside empty rooms

How to Play:

  1. Use your first safe day to loot nearby buildings for backpacks, clean water, and canned food.

  4. Treat injured limbs quickly to stop bleeding and avoid dying from critical head wounds.
