Climbable Chains Data Pack (1.18.1, 1.17.1) is a lightweight data pack that makes the chain a climbable item. Typically, you can only climb ladder, vine, or scaffolding in Minecraft. This data pack adds chain to the “climbable” tag in Minecraft, making it… climbable! This can be surprisingly useful because, unlike ladder or vine, you can place chain almost anywhere for it doesn’t need a support block.
