Nametags Without Anvils Mod 1.15.1, 1.14.4 (Rename a Nametag with Only a Feather)

Nametags Without Anvils Mod 1.15.1, 1.14.4 makes it so that nametags can be renamed using only a feather and without an anvil, because the anvil often breaks in the process.
There are options to be able to rename anything, require an ink sac to rename and even change the feather to something else.
Note: This mod required on both sides.
