Starpack Resource Pack (1.20.4, 1.19.4) simply adds a star effect to your Minecraft GUI and to see how charge your bow or crossbow. With this package, the enchant effect is more blue. The crossbow also have rainbow in it for fire works. Lastly, the bobber on fishing rode seems to look different. In general, it is a very slight and simple pack to make your GUI fancier!
