Survivor’s Elegy Data Pack (26.2, 1.20.1) – Survive Decaying Mobs

Survivor’s Elegy Data Pack expands your survival world with new game mechanics, updated structures, and extra items. It changes how the day and night cycle works, adds new ways to cook food, and brings fresh challenges to the Nether.

Features:

• Time Control: Lets you change how long daytime lasts using a simple menu.
• Rotting Mobs: Makes zombified creatures slowly decay into skeletons over time.
• Withering Sickness: Punishes Overworld creatures that stay in the Nether too long by giving them a deadly illness.
• Turns cauldrons into cooking pots when you use a Ladle, letting you mix foods and potions into custom broths.
• Updates Swamp Huts into large houses packed with enemies, loot, and secrets.
• Generates two new Nether biomes: Withered Grounds filled with undead, and Metamorphic Caves where Blazes roam free.
• Redesigns Nether Fortresses into ruined, desolate forts with decayed portals.
• Rewards you with items if you drop a gold ingot into a Desert Well for the first time.
• Adds Piglin Crevices, which are broken Blackstone towers held by chains and filled with treasure.
• Removes most vanilla monster spawners to balance the game and stop easy experience farms.
• Gives Illagers the ability to hold torches in dark places.
• Lets you craft a Copper Trident by combining a Lightning Rod with a Heart of the Sea.
• Adds an Outpost Compass dropped by patrol leaders to help you find Pillager Outposts.
• Introduces the Sculk Plantoid, a plant you place on decorated pots that eats and stores your experience points.

Commands:

• /function siscu:config: opens the main settings menu to change daytime length and other features.

How to Use:

1. Type the settings command in chat to open the menu and adjust your day length.
2. Craft a Ladle and right-click a cauldron over a fire to start cooking custom stews.
3. Eat warped wart food if you are in the Nether to protect yourself from the withering sickness.
4. Find a Pillager patrol leader and defeat them to get a compass that points to their outpost.
5. Upgrade a Lightning Rod with a Heart of the Sea to get a Copper Trident.
