Bloom and Serenity UI 9minecraft Resource Pack ay hinahayaan lang ang mundo at binabago ang interface. Bloom and Serenity UI repaints every Minecraft menu and container screen as a hand-drawn scene full of stone, water and flowersAng pagkakagawa nito ay detalyado at hindi lang basta dekorasyon. Ang pause screen, options screen, advancements, at statistics ay may carved wooden buttons at warm background. Ang bawat container screen ay may sariling scene sa halip na iisang panel lang ang gamit, kaya ang chest, loom, stonecutter, at smithing table ay mukhang magkakaibang lugar sa halip na iisang window lang na may iba-ibang slots.Dahil interface lang ang binabago nito, pwedeng-pwede itong isabay sa kahit anong pack. Ang textures ng blocks at items ay mananatiling original, kaya pwede mo itong i-layer sa ibabaw ng texture pack na gusto mo para mapanatili ang itsura ng mundo habang binabago ang mga menu. Hindi rin apektado ang shaders, at dahil client-side lang ito, gagana ito sa kahit anong server.
