Higher Nether Max Build Height Data Pack (1.20.1) – Build Sky-High Bases Above

October 17, 2026

Higher Nether Max Build Height Data Pack raises the building ceiling in the Nether dimension by 64 blocks. It pushes the maximum build limit up to 320 blocks, giving you extra vertical room for tall towers, bases, and farms. The pack also raises the generation height for portals and chorus fruit teleportation up to block level 192. This lets you teleport straight onto the Nether roof using chorus fruit or create working portals above the bedrock.

Features:

Taller Build Limit: Sets the maximum build height in the Nether to 320 blocks, adding 64 blocks of new space above the old limit.
Higher Portals: Nether portals can now generate up to height 192, allowing them to appear on top of the Nether roof.
Chorus Fruit Teleport: Teleporting with chorus fruit works up to block level 192, making it simple to pass through the bedrock roof.
Works cleanly alongside world generation projects like Incendium.
