Players looking to precisely measure the damage output of their weapons will find a valuable tool in KENAR’s Training Dummies. This addon introduces a new entity to the game: a target dummy that can be placed in any world or dimension. To function correctly, users must activate Experimental Features in their world settings, as the addon relies on scripting APIs to deliver its full capabilities. Once placed, the dummy serves as an interactive target, providing immediate feedback on weapon effectiveness.

The training dummy itself is designed with attention to detail. It offers eight distinct rotations, adjusting its orientation based on the direction it is placed, much like an armor stand. When struck, the dummy reacts with a dynamic animation, leaning away from the point of impact. Crucially, it displays the exact damage value received from each hit, allowing players to fine-tune their combat strategies and compare different weapon configurations. The dummy does not replace any existing vanilla entities, ensuring full compatibility with other addons and texture packs. Removing a dummy is straightforward: simply crouch and interact with it.
