Meiji Era Content Pack (1.7.10) includes the boshin wars, it also adds the first sino-japanese war and the russo-japanese war as well. The current content are two uniforms (one of them with backpack), pants, a bandana (called hachimaki), and your favorite straw sandals (waraji).
