Aerial Affinity Mod 1.15.2, 1.12.2 (Removes The Mining Speed Penalty)

Aerial Affinity Mod 1.15.2, 1.12.2 is similar to how Aqua Affinity removes the mining speed penalty while in the water, Aerial Affinity removes the mining speed penalty while in the air or not touching the ground.
The enchantment can be applied to any chest plate or elytra and has the same rarity and enchanting range as it’s the aquatic counterpart.
