Compound turns survival into a race for superhuman abilities, inspired by the universe of The Boys. The add-on uses scripting APIs, so Experimental Features must be turned on.

Players can set up a Vought research facility, craft powerful but unstable serums and fight naturally appearing Supes. New players either get a random permanent power from a vial of Compound V, accept an offer from Vought International, or start without powers and have to find or make the serum. Servers can use origin-based starting rules instead. A Vought Engineering Station leads into advanced machinery and a long research process.
