Early Loading Screen Mod (1.21.4, 1.20.1) adds a much-needed splash of entertainment to your loading process by displaying useful information and a sleek loading screen. Now you can make the most of your loading time by learning something new or getting a head start on your next adventure.

Features:

  • Adds an early loading screen to Minecraft.
  • Displays useful information while the game is loading.

Configuration:

  • window_creation_point
    • Available options: mixinEarly, mixinLoad, preLaunch, mcEarly, off
    • Default: mixinEarly (or mixinLoad if ImmediatelyFast is installed)
    • Description: Controls when the game window is created. Options are sorted from earliest to latest. mixinEarly uses classloading hacks-use mixinLoad if issues occur. Use off to disable the early screen entirely.
  • enable_entrypoint_information
    • Available options: true, false
    • Default: true
    • Description: Shows entrypoint invocation information on the early loading screen by patching the fabric-loader. Disable if launch issues occur.
  • reuse_early_window
    • Available options: true, false
    • Default: true
    • Note: Not available on Windows.
    • Description: Determines whether the early loading screen window is reused as the main game window.
  • enable_mixin_pretransform
    • Available options: true, false
    • Default: true
    • Description: Controls whether mixins apply earlier than usual.
  • allow_early_window_close
    • Available options: true, false
    • Default: true
    • Description: Determines whether the early loading window can be closed. Closing it will immediately exit the game.

All configuration is done in the early-loading-screen.properties file inside the config folder.
