End Of Mending Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Late-Game Repair Mechanics

End Of Mending Mod is designed to modify the game’s repair mechanics by removing the Mending enchantment and adjusting repair costs. This aims to extend the gather/repair gameplay loop into the late game, making item management more balanced and strategic.

Features:

• emoval of Mending: The Mending enchantment is made unobtainable in survival mode, encouraging players to engage in more traditional repair methods.
• Adjusted Repair Costs: Repairing items now requires only 2 resources instead of 4.
• Flat XP Cost: The experience cost for repairing items is now a flat rate, based on the total levels of enchantments on the item. This cost does not increase with each repair, making it more predictable and manageable.
