Nomadic Tents Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Pack Up Your Base and Go

Nomadic Tents Mod lets you carry your house with you on all your adventures. This mod adds special tents that act as portable pocket dimensions, giving you a spacious home that you can pack up and move at any time. You can build various styles like the Yurt, Tepee, and Bedouin, and set them up anywhere. When you’re ready to explore again, just take the tent down, and all your items inside will come along with you.

Features:

• Craft five different styles of tents: Yurt, Tepee, Bedouin, Indlu, and Shamiyana.
• Upgrade your tent’s interior size, from a small 5×5 area up to a massive 15×15 space.
• Enter a pocket dimension that is much larger on the inside than the tent appears from the outside.
• Easily pack up your tent using a Tent Mallet, keeping all your blocks and items safely stored inside for the next location.
• Add underground layers to your tent’s interior by crafting and applying special Tent Shovels.
• Customize the Shamiyana tent with any of the 16 standard dyes for a personal touch.
• Sleep in your tent to pass the night and set your respawn point.

Configuration:

You can change how the mod works by opening its config file. Some of the available options include:

• Enable or disable the crafting recipes for each type of tent.
• Turn the crafting recipe for the Super Tent Mallet on or off.
• Choose whether beds explode inside tents, just like they do in the Nether.
• Prevent players or other mobs from walking into tents from the outside.
• Decide if players can respawn inside their tent after dying.
• Change the cosmetic design chance for Tepee blocks.

How to Use:

1. First, craft the necessary wall pieces for your chosen tent style (like Yurt or Tepee) and then combine them to create the main tent item.
2. Craft a Tent Mallet. You will need this tool to both build and take down your tent.
3. Use the tent item on the ground to place the frame of the tent structure.
4. Hit each piece of the frame with the Tent Mallet to build the tent. To build it instantly, craft and use a Golden Tent Mallet instead.
5. Once the tent is built, right-click the door to enter its spacious interior.
6. To pack up and move, simply use the Tent Mallet on the tent’s door. It will turn back into an item, with all your belongings safe inside.
