Tranquil Resource Pack (1.20.4, 1.19.4) simply brings small, but nice changes to the GUI in Minecraft game. Specifically, it changes the hotbar and icons. Moreover, the buttons are now much smoother, and even glow green when hovered over in the menu. Last but not least, this super slight pack will create overall changes to container GUI. If you are finding an add-on to change your GUI, it is definitely for you.
