Firearms and gear from the Vietnam War fill VietNam Military, an add-on with assault rifles like the AKM and M16A1, light machine guns such as the RPD and M60, and heavier weapons including the M79 grenade launcher and the RPG-7.

A fire control system calls in artillery strikes on a targeted spot, including B-52 bombing raids and Viet Cong artillery support. Armor sets exist for both sides, with AK rifle vests and traditional headwear for one and M1967 flak jackets and M1 steel helmets for US Army personnel, and a team selector is included. It uses scripting APIs, so Experimental Features must be turned on, and both the behavior and resource packs must be applied.
