Here’s a mod that literally allows you to craft XP! Zaynen’s Craftable Bottle o Enchanting Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.4) adds a simple crafting recipe for the Bottle o Enchanting. Right-clicking while holding this bottle will allow you to throw it. Once thrown, the bottle will break and release XP orbs upon hitting the ground. Moving closer to these orbs will allow you to absorb it and you can notice your level increasing in the experience bar. This mod is in no way overpowered, since you need one glowstone dust, one emerald, one gold ingot and a water bottle to craft one Bottle o Enchanting. So if you have enough of these items and need a lot of XP, this mod is the way to go.
