Better Withered Mobs Mod (26.1.2, 1.20.1) – Withering Enchantment

Better Withered Mobs Mod adds Withered Bones, Withered Bone Meal, Withered Bone Blocks, and a Potion of Decay! Withered mobs no longer drop regular Bones and only drop Withered Bones (this can be disabled in the config).

Features:

Loot & Item:

• Withered Bones: Replace regular bone drops from Wither Skeletons and other mobs (configurable).
• Withered Bone Meal: Crafted from Withered Bones; works only on Warped and Crimson Nylium.
• Withered Bone Blocks: Decorative blocks with crafting recipes tied to Withered Bone Meal.
• Potion of Decay: Brewed using a Wither Rose and an Awkward Potion; causes the Wither effect.

Brewing & Crafting Recipes

• 1 Withered Bone → 3 Withered Bone Meal
• 9 Withered Bone Meal ↔ 1 Withered Bone Block
• 1 Withered Bone Block + 1 Poppy → 1 Wither Rose
• Wither Rose + Awkward Potion → Potion of Decay (supports splash, lingering, and arrow variants)

Combat Enhancements:

• Wither Skeletons spawn with swords enchanted with random levels of Withering (can be disabled).
• Mobs like Naga and Skull from Better Nether mod also drop Withered Bones.

Bone Meal Behavior:

• Works only on Warped Nylium and Crimson Nylium
• Drop chances:
  • 3/11 for warped/crimson fungus
  • 2/11 for brown/red mushrooms
  • 1/11 for Wither Rose
