What Are They Up To Mod (1.21.11, 1.20.1) – Catch Your Friends Napping
What Are They Up To Mod shows you what other players are doing through visual animations. You can see when someone is typing in chat, looking through their inventory, or using a crafting table. This mod also shows when a player is idle for more than five minutes by making their character fall asleep. An idle player will also get a “Zz” symbol next to their name in the tab list.

Features:
- See a fun animation when a player is typing in chat. The animation gets faster as they type faster.
- Watch a player’s hand move on a virtual screen when they are using a menu like their inventory or a chest.
- When a player is inactive for over five minutes, their character will fall asleep.
- A “Zz” icon appears next to the name of any idle player in the player list.
- The mod does not let you see the items inside another player’s inventory.
- It is compatible with modded containers.
Configuration:
- Each feature can be turned off individually in the client-side settings.
- Chat notifications for when a player goes idle are disabled by default.
- To fix flickering menus in a modpack, use this command:
/coro config common set watut-server.toml dynamicGuiDontSendConstantGUIUpdates true - If you prefer the original simple GUI, you can switch back with this command:
/coro config common set watut-server.toml dynamicGuiUseOldSimpleGUIVisual true
