Lucraft Core ID Extender Mod (1.12.2) – Fix Maximum ID Range Exceeded Crash

In the Lucraft Core Mod, there is a limit for the amount of Superpowers you can register through the use of addonpacks. Lucraft Core ID Extender Mod circumvents said limit by extending it to a default value of 8192 (changeable through config) using Mixins. Basically fixes Invalid id 513 – maximum id range exceeded crash when using multiple addonpacks that add over 512 Superpowers.
