Reflex AntiLag Mod (1.21.11, 1.20.1) – CPU/GPU Timing Based Frame Locking

Reflex AntiLag Mod applies a Nvidia Reflex-style approach to reduce rendering latency in Minecraft by estimating CPU and GPU time and automatically locking the frame. The mod exposes a simple settings panel with a toggle and a configurable wait time in nanoseconds, allowing players to fine-tune GPU usage and rendering latency on any GPU.
