Animalium Mod (1.20.1, 1.16.5) – Fight New Hostile Wildlife

Animalium Mod adds four new hostile animals to make your world more dangerous. You will encounter aggressive Piranhas, Wild Dogs, Brown Bears, and Rats. This mod also lets you craft special gear from the items these mobs drop. You can make Wild Dog Pelt Boots for faster sprinting and higher jumps, or a Bear Claw Paxel that works as an axe, pickaxe, and shovel all in one.

Features:

• Adds four new aggressive animal mobs to the world.
• Introduces new food items dropped by the new mobs, like Bear Meat and Rat Meat.
• Lets you craft two pieces of unique gear with special abilities.
• Face fast-swimming Piranhas in rivers and swamps.
• Fight speedy Wild Dogs that often attack in packs.
• Watch out for large Brown Bears that will chase you on land.
• Avoid Rats at night, as they can steal the item you’re holding.

New Gear

• Wild Dog Pelt Boots: Wear these to sprint faster and jump up to four blocks high. They also prevent any fall damage.
• Bear Claw Paxel: A special multi-tool that can chop wood, dig dirt, and mine stone. It has the same strength as iron tools.

Mob Details

• Piranha: Spawns in rivers and swamps. It swims quickly and will even leap onto land to attack you, but it will suffocate if out of water for too long.
• Wild Dog: Spawns in most land biomes. They are fast and often hunt in groups.
• Brown Bear: A large mob found in most land biomes that will try to maul you.
• Rat: A small mob that is only hostile in low light. It has a chance to steal your held item on hit. If you kill the rat, you can get your item back.
