NetherEx Mod (1.21.4, 1.21.1) – The Nether Is Now Your Home

NetherEx Mod overhauls the Nether by adding new biomes filled with unique blocks, items, and mobs. This mod expands your adventures with new challenges and experiences in Minecraft’s fiery dimension. You can explore four new biomes, fight over ten new mobs, and even summon a new boss. It also introduces new armor sets, weapons, and food items, making it possible to survive using only resources from the Nether. You can also find Pigtificate villages, trade with their inhabitants, and explore dozens of new structures and dungeons.

New Biomes

• Ruthless Sands: A dark and dangerous biome covered in soul sand, where Wither Skeletons and Spinouts spawn.
• Torrid Wasteland: A super-heated area with fiery netherrack, magma pockets, and fire-based mobs like Salamanders.
• Fungi Forest: A biome overgrown with giant mushrooms, strange spores, and home to the Ghast Queen’s fortress.
• Arctic Abyss: A frozen wasteland of ice and ancient chains, inhabited by Wights and Bone Spiders.

New Mobs & Creatures

• Hostile Mobs: Face new threats like the freezing Wight, the fiery Ember, the quick Spinout, and the tough Brute.
• Neutral Mobs: Be careful around Mogus and Salamanders, which will fight back if provoked.
• Passive Mobs: Find and trade with Pigtificates in their villages.
• Golems: Villages are protected by powerful Gold Golems.

New Gear & Items

• Salamander Armor: Craft armor that gives you immunity to fire damage.
• Bone Armor: Wear a full set to make skeletons passive towards you.
• Golden Bone Tools: Craft special tools that are more durable and effective in the Nether.
• Obsidian Boat: Safely cross lava oceans with a boat that doesn’t burn.

Structures & Dungeons

• Pigtificate Villages: Find rare villages inhabited by Pigtificates and their leaders.
• Temples & Prisons: Explore various temples in different biomes and dangerous obsidian prisons.
• Ghast Fortress: Locate this floating structure in the Fungi Forest to summon the Ghast Queen.
• Ruins & Fossils: Discover ancient graves, altars, and giant fossils scattered throughout the new biomes.

How to Use:

To summon the Ghast Queen boss, you need to follow these steps:

1. Find a Ghast Fortress structure floating in the Fungi Forest biome.
2. Locate the Urn of Sorrow block inside the fortress.
3. Place a Potion of The Lost into the empty urn to fill it.
4. Use a Ghast Tear on the full urn to begin the boss fight.
