This Minecraft tutorial explains how to craft infested stone (formerly called Stone Monster Egg or Silverfish Stone) with screenshots and step-by-step instructions.

Infested stone is a block that looks exactly like a stone block but spawns a silverfish when the block is broken. In past versions of Java Edition, this block was called a stone monster egg. It was also called a silverfish stone in the older console editions of Minecraft such as PS3, Xbox 360, and WiiU.

In Minecraft, infested stone is an item that can not be crafted in the game. It is only available in Creative mode (not Survival mode) through the Creative Inventory menu.
