Default Values:

• A total of 10 hearts can be gained, with 2 hearts per level, over 5 levels.
• Each level is earned by eating 5 different food items, meaning players must eat 25 items to reach the maximum level.
• Recent versions include a book that tracks the types of food you’ve consumed, the extra hearts you’ve earned, and when the next health upgrade will occur.

Settings include adjusting the hearts gained per level, base health, and the amount of food required for each level. This mod pairs well with other mods like Harvestcraft, making it ideal for diverse culinary gameplay.
