Thermal Expansion Mod adds a powerful set of machines for processing resources, generating energy, and storing items and fluids. As the industrial base of the Thermal Series, this mod provides the essential tools for automating many tasks in your world. It introduces a variety of blocks that help you manage power with Redstone Flux, process materials efficiently, and store your goods. The systems are designed to be server-friendly and fit well into many different playstyles.

Features:

  • Adds various machines for processing resources, such as the Pulverizer for crushing ores and the Redstone Furnace for smelting items.
  • Generate energy, known as Redstone Flux, using different types of Dynamos like the basic Steam Dynamo.
  • Store energy, items, and fluids with specialized blocks designed for each purpose.
  • Use the Aqueous Accumulator to passively collect water from nearby sources.
  • Easily configure the sides of your machines to manage item, fluid, and energy inputs and outputs.
  • Get precise control over your setups with advanced redstone control options on machines.
  • Create new materials and alloys for crafting advanced tools and devices.

Configuration:

  • Client settings can be changed in the thermal-client.toml file, which is located in your /config folder.
  • Server settings for a specific world are in the thermal-server.toml file, found in the /saves/WORLD_NAME/serverconfigs folder.
