Zombie Nightmare Expansions Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Undead Horror Monsters

Zombie Nightmare Expansions Mod adds multiple high-detail undead creatures with different mechanics, combat styles, and special drops. The mod is designed for horror, zombie apocalypse, RPG, and hardcore gameplay packs.

Features:

Undead Mobs

• Disemboweler
  • Large heavy zombie variant
  • Targets players and cows
  • High melee damage
  • Drops Deathly Heart
• Tormented Zombie
  • Disguises itself as a normal player skin
  • True form appears when moving
  • Can hang from ceilings and drop down
  • Crawls through tight spaces
  • Very strong melee attacker
  • Drops golden apples
• Blood Eagle
  • Large flying undead beast
  • Can fly and walk
  • Uses air projectiles and melee attacks
  • Targets pigs
  • Very strong
  • Can be tamed with 10 Deathly Hearts (optional via config)
  • Tamable and rideable if enabled
• Brutaliser (Mini-Boss)
  • Boss-tier zombie enemy
  • Creates ground shockwaves on attack
  • Shockwaves cause heavy damage and knockback
  • Shockwaves can be avoided by jumping or moving away
  • Targets sheep
  • Drops Deathly Onyx
• Skin Crawler
  • Weakest but most persistent mob
  • Camouflages to match nearby blocks
  • Can break through:
    • Stone, deepslate, tuff
    • Granite, diorite, andesite
    • Netherrack
  • Wall climbing and tight-space movement
  • Block breaking can be disabled in config
  • Targets chickens
• Spine Wrencher
  • Tall, thin undead entity
  • Detects players at close range
  • Also triggers if directly looked at
  • Fragile when blocked with a shield
  • Takes damage when its attacks are shield-blocked
  • Can crouch to pass small gaps
  • Drops Distorted Vertebrae

Configs:

• Each mob has separate config options
• Spawn rates can be adjusted per creature
• Individual mobs can be disabled if needed
• Destructive abilities can be configured

Staff of the Undying

• Crafted using Deathly Onyx and Deathly Heart
• Right click (hold): pushes nearby undead away
• Ground ability: summons crawling minions
• Stores up to 5 summon charges by killing undead while carried

Whiplasher

• Crafted with a netherite ingot and Distorted Vertebrae
• High-tier whip weapon
