Threshold Drift Mod (1.21.1) – Survive Timed Backrooms Raids for Modded Loot

Threshold Drift Mod introduces a timed Backrooms extraction challenge to Minecraft. You clip through solid walls to enter eerie yellow corridors, raid loot containers filled with items from every installed mod, and race against a five-minute timer to find the exit portal. Surviving lets you bring everything back to the normal world, while dying or running out of time leaves you trapped in dangerous darkness.

• Clips players into randomly generated rooms whenever they suffocate in a wall or get pushed in by a piston.
• Groups nearby players into squads automatically when entering within sixteen blocks of each other.
• Generates loot containers stocked with random items and enchanted tools pulled from the full item registry and other mods.
• Provides a Temporal Compass item to help track down the nearest escape portal room.
• Triggers an Overtime phase with total darkness when the five-minute timer runs out.
• Offers a dedicated Endless Backrooms world type for standard survival without timers or squads.
• Adds Liminal Respawn Units that let you set a spawn point inside endless survival runs.
• Includes office furniture, almond water, lockdown doors, and glowing lamps.
• Works with custom loot pools and progression setups through KubeJS and data packs.

Monsters:

• The Smiler flies through dark hallways to hunt down players.
• The Gaping patrols corridors with different behaviors and lays eggs that hatch into fast babies.
• The Hatchling grows into a full adult within thirty seconds if not stopped quickly.
• The Chomper targets player-placed lights and breaks the floor beneath your feet.
• The Trader tries to grab you and pull you away from the exit portal.

How to Play:

1. Suffocate inside a wall block or push yourself into one with a piston to enter the dimension.
2. Search chests and containers across the yellow rooms to grab random gear and modded items.
3. Hold the Temporal Compass to locate the nearest exit portal before your five-minute clock expires.
4. Walk through the exit portal to bring your collected items safely back to the Overworld.
5. Survive the pitch-black Overtime period and find an exit if the timer reaches zero.
