Numismatic Overhaul Mod introduces an additional currency into the game. Trading is always part of the game; when you enter a village, you can exchange many items with many villagers, but the currency in the game is mainly Emeralds. So it won’t be easy to exchange soon. Now there will be a new currency added to the game: coins. They will have a different value ranked higher from Bronze, Silver, and Gold, being the largest. The villagers, when exchanging, will also use more coins as a swap. Adding monetary value will help you to be able to trade sooner than looking for Emeralds to exchange as before.
