Vagabond Cargo Mod (1.21.1) – Carry Massive Stashes of Loot on Long Journeys

Vagabond Cargo Mod adds four tiers of wearable and placeable backpacks to help you carry more items during your travels. You can wear them on your back or set them down as storage blocks anywhere in your world. This mod makes inventory management simple by giving you quick access to dozens of extra slots on the go.

Features:

• Adds four different backpack tiers with storage sizes ranging from 45 to 72 slots.
• Equips directly into your chest armor slot so you can travel without filling your main inventory.
• Places onto the ground as a block whenever you need stationary storage.
• Picks back up into your hands when you sneak and right-click the placed bag.
• Accepts all vanilla dyes to change the main color of your pack.
• Lets you add colored wool carpet trims to customize Medium and Large backpacks.
• Opens your storage on the fly by pressing the B key.
• Provides an upgrade recipe path using leather, wool, planks, chests, and iron.

Backpack Tiers:

• Tiny tier: offers 45 slots of item storage for early game needs.
• Small tier: expands your storage space to 54 slots.
• Medium tier: provides 63 slots and supports colored carpet trims.
• Large tier: delivers 72 slots for maximum storage capacity and trim customization.

How to Use:

1. Craft a starter backpack using leather, wool, wood planks, and a chest.
2. Place the backpack into your chest armor slot to carry it on your travels.
3. Press B to open your worn bag and access your extra inventory.
4. Right-click the ground while holding the pack to set it down as a storage block.
5. Hold Shift and right-click the placed pack to pick it back up.
6. Combine your backpack with vanilla dyes in a crafting grid to change its color.
