Exact boss health shows on the boss bar with Boss Health Indicator, a resource pack that modifies the in-game UI. Three display options can be chosen in the settings: Number only, Percentage only, or Number & Percentage both.
The number option shows current health against total health, like 150/200, and the percentage option shows a readout like 75.09%. It applies to bosses such as the Wither and the Ender Dragon, and to a raid captain, so the remaining health is clear during a fight.
