Leather Craft Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) allows players to create leather by utilizing the Rotten Flesh that is dropped by the zombies. Normally, Rotten Flesh is often regarded by many as the most useless item as there is no function for it besides consuming it. However, eating Rotten Flesh is also detrimental for your health as well due to the food being rotten (quite obvious), therefore, the majority of the player base just tosses this Flesh away once they defeat a zombie. With Leather Craft, however, these items can now be preserved to Smelt for regular Leather, which is more useful in terms of crafting, utilizing, and many other methods. Players may even find themselves with a full leather set during the early game as they will have to battle quite a lot of zombies during their journeys. Remember to keep your Rotten Flesh from now on as they might be worthwhile.
