NanoLimbo Minecraft Server Software is a lightweight yet high-performance Minecraft server software designed to create a standalone “Limbo” server. Limbo servers are typically used as a “waiting room,” AFK (away from keyboard) area, or authorization server within Minecraft server networks, helping to reduce resource load on main servers.

Features:

  • Written in Java with Netty, NanoLimbo minimizes the number of data packets sent and received, avoiding unnecessary data storage or caching.
  • Supports player info forwarding with the following types:
    • LEGACY: Forwards BungeeCord IP.
    • MODERN: Forwards native Velocity information.
    • BUNGEE_GUARD: Supports BungeeGuard format for enhanced security.
  • NanoLimbo does not support Spigot or Bukkit plugins.
  • It can send information via chat, boss bar, or title, but does not support loading schematics for custom world building.
  • Includes commands such as help, conn (displays connection count), mem (displays memory usage), and stop (shuts down the server).
