No More Poison with Regeneration Mod (1.20.5, 1.20.1) makes it so that any poison effect and healing effect will cancel out if they are allowed to take place together. The effect with the longer duration will remain, but the duration of the shorter effect will be subtracted from it. This will help avoid the unnecessary time wasted due to the health up and down loop.
