Patched Mod offers tools to modify parts of JSON files used in data and resource packs. It can be applied to patch biomes, loot tables, models, and most other JSON files in Minecraft. Once Mojang makes entity models data-driven, Patched will likely support patching those as well, providing an alternative to OptiFine’s CEM. Additionally, the mod is designed to minimize conflicts between data/resource packs and other mods, while also simplifying file maintenance. This ensures you don’t need to worry about unrelated sections of a file becoming outdated, even after Minecraft updates.
Features:
- Add or remove world generation features in biomes.
- Modify loot tables by adding or removing loot.
- Change recipes or advancement criteria.

- /patched list packs shows a list of packs that have patches

- /patched dump patch shows the contents of the patch provided by a specified pack
- /patched dump file shows the contents of a file, with comments indicating changes made to the file and by who
