Protection Engineering Mod adds customizable engineer armor and tactical gear for Create. This mod lets you craft a full protective suit and install over thirty distinct attachments to match your playstyle. You can combine jetpacks, tracking missile packs, night vision goggles, and heavy plating at the Modification Table. A clear on-screen display keeps track of your equipment power, cooldowns, and active attachments in real time.

Features:

• Craft four engineer armor pieces: Hood, Chestplate, Leggings, and Safety Boots.
• Install over thirty specialized attachments across dedicated slots like eye, mouth, back, shoulder, and arms.
• Equip defensive gear like the Active Protection System to destroy incoming threats automatically.
• Launch rockets or lock onto targets using the Tracking Missile Backpack and Rocket Shotgun Launcher.
• Fly through the sky with three tiers of jetpacks.
• Boost your movement speed, jump height, and fall protection using mechanical leg exoskeletons.
• Wield the Engineer Chainsword to cut through enemies and chop wood, or block attacks with the tough Engineer Shield.
• Read an on-screen display with color-coded icons to check status, charges, and cooldowns instantly.

Attachment Categories:

• Helmet modules include Night Vision Goggles, Engineer Goggles, Monocle, Hormone Therapy Injector, Air Filter, and Diving Apparatus.
• Chestplate gear offers Active Protection Systems, rocket launchers, missile backpacks, jetpacks, protective plates, and extra mechanical arms.
• Legging upgrades feature light and heavy exoskeletons, jump assist units, and shock-absorbent knee guards.
• Boot attachments supply anti-slip, cushioned, insulated, silent, and frost soles.
• Universal add-ons provide blast lining and decorative purity seals.

HUD Indicators:

• Green dot shows ready or active standby status.
• Cyan lightning bolt indicates an active module in operation.
• Hourglass symbol marks items currently on cooldown.
• Gray circle means an attachment is turned off.
• Purple icon marks Creative mode power.

Configuration:

• protectionengineering-server.toml: Adjusts server-side settings including interception radius for the Active Protection System, missile speed and range, and cooldown times for rockets, dodges, and injectors.

How to Use:

1. Craft your set of Engineer Armor and the Modification Table.
2. Place the Modification Table and interact with it to view available upgrade slots.
3. Insert your armor piece and attach your chosen upgrades into the helmet, chest, leg, or boot slots.
4. Equip the modified gear to use its powers and monitor your HUD indicators during combat and exploration.
