Nerfed Elytras Mod (1.18.2) – Speed Limit to Elytras

Nerfed Elytras Mod adds a (non-configurable) speed cap to elytras. At most, when flying, you can go 1 block per tick (20 blocks per second) with this mod. It makes no changes to normal falling speed or any other elytra features.
