Saturated Eating Mod (26.1.2, 1.21.11) – Lets You Eat Until Your Saturation Is Full

Minecraft’s food consumption mechanics has three main metrics. The health bar, the hunger bar and the saturation. The health and hunger bars are given in your on-screen HUD, but the saturation is invisible. When you consume food, both your hunger bar and saturation increase in value. The game allows you to eat food until the hunger bar is full. Once the hunger bar is full, your health bar will start regenerating. But your saturation might still not be full. Saturation is what is preventing you from losing health for a while after you are full. Saturated Eating Mod allows you to eat food until your saturation is full, instead of preventing you from eating when the hunger bar is full.
