Better Fishtanks Mod lets you build custom aquariums to keep your favorite underwater pets. This mod adds special glass tanks that connect together to make huge habitats for any fish you catch. You can decorate the tanks with plants, rocks, and even sunken ships to make them look amazing. It also adds a fun system where you feed your pets, and they give you valuable eggs in return.

Fish Egg Rarities:

• Common tier eggs drop basic items.
• Uncommon and Rare tiers give slightly better loot.
• Epic, Exotic, and Legendary tiers contain the best rewards.

Fish Food Types:

• Mini Shrimp can be caught while fishing and turned into good food.
• Pellet Mix is a simple crafted food that keeps pets fed for a long time.

Configuration:

• Feeding System: turn off the need for food if you just want a decoration tank.
• Advanced Captures: allow the fish bag to catch bigger mobs like guardians or drowneds.
• Custom UI Units: change how water levels show on the screen.
• Rendering Modes: switch how water looks inside the glass blocks.

How to Use:

1. Craft an Aquarist Table and some Fish Tanks to start your setup.
2. Place your tank blocks and fill them completely with water using a bucket.
3. Craft a Fish Bag and right-click on any fish in the ocean or river to catch it.
4. Hold shift and right-click on your water-filled tank to release the pet inside.
5. Place a Food Container near the tank and fill it with fish food to keep your pets happy.
