Freelanced 4 6 2 Pacific Locomotive Schematic (1.21.x) – Classic Steam Train Build for Railways
Freelanced 4 6 2 Pacific Locomotive Schematic adds a detailed steam train design to your railway network in Minecraft. This build brings together elements from classic British LNER A1 locomotives and American USRA Light Pacific engines. It serves as a strong engine for passenger coaches and fast freight cars across long distances. The blueprint provides a complete locomotive body and matching coal tender ready for quick track assembly.

How to Use:
- Place the schematic onto your railway line using a Schematicannon or creative placement.
- Hold Shift and right-click the middle driver bogie to adjust its visual settings.
- Rotate the driver bogie to ensure the valve gear faces toward the front of the engine.
- Hold Shift and right-click the rear bogie, open the menu, and choose the Leafspring single axle option.
- Assemble the locomotive at a train station to start driving along your tracks.
🔧 Setup Notes:
For the Mid (Driver) bogie, Shift and R-click the bogie and change the settings until they look like the fourth image in this post. For the rear locomotive bogie, shift and right click the bogie, go to the Steam N' Rails menu and scroll to Single Axles to select Leafspring. Rotate the driver bogie to make sure the valve gear is facing toward the front.
Based on the LNER A1 class and USRA Light Pacific class. This is an old schematic that was first built in 1.20.1 (as can probably be inferenced by looking at the tender) that was given some updates for 1.21.1.
In the real world, this locomotive would've likely been used for passenger/fast freight service as it is a large, somewhat mixed traffic engine.
Enjoy!
