Illager Expansions Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) – Defend Villages From Harder Raids

Illager Expansions Mod expands village raids with tougher enemies, fresh combat gear, and underground resources. The mod adds several illager variants with unique fighting patterns to test your combat skills during raid waves. It also brings heavy double axes, a silver tier for tools and armor, and extra advancements to your world.

Features:

• Adds unique illager fighters and a powerful raid boss to challenge your defenses.
• Brings double-headed axes as a brand-new craftable weapon type.
• Spawns silver ore deep underground to craft matching sets of tools and armor.

New Illager Mobs:

• Retaliator: Carries a hand axe and a shield to block incoming strikes and kick players back.
• Elite Vindicator: Wears heavy armor and a metal helmet while leaping to slam down with a double axe.
• Elite Pillager: Uses golden armor and strafes around targets while shooting standard, flame, poison, or bomb arrows.
• Crindicator: Wears copper armor and wields an iron sword to parry incoming strikes and lunge forward.
• Illusioner: Joins regular raid waves to back up other illagers with spells.
• Ravager Rider: Acts as a mini-boss on the seventh raid wave with charging moves, stomps, and loud roars.

Ores and Equipment:

• Silver Ore: Generates underground between Y levels 45 and -5 to supply materials for shiny tools and armor sets.
• Double Axes: Pack heavy hits and can naturally spawn in the hands of vindicators.

Advancements:

• Shiny!: Unlocks as soon as you pick up your first piece of raw silver.
• Ore Collector!: Unlocks when you gather ingredients from every acquirable ore in the game, including ancient debris.
