Beyond Netherite Apex Mod (1.21.11, 1.21.1) – Upgrade Past Netherite

Beyond Netherite Apex Mod introduces an extra tier of late-game gear that builds directly on top of vanilla Netherite equipment. The mod adds Tungsten ore to the deep underground, giving players new mining goals and crafting paths in the deepslate layer. Equipping these heavy items provides massive durability and knockback resistance in exchange for a small movement speed trade-off.

• Introduces edible metal food items like Tungsten Slop and Jerky that grant short status buffs alongside side effects.
• Features the Heavy armor enchantment to boost knockback resistance even further.
• Includes a dedicated advancement tab tracking your progression through gathering and forging Tungsten equipment.

Armor & Tool Adjustments:

• Tungsten armor provides higher toughness and durability than Netherite but reduces base movement speed by 5% per piece.
• Tungsten tools boast higher durability than Netherite tools while featuring a slightly reduced mining speed and lower enchantability.
• Tungsten armor pieces lower standard enchantability ratings to balance out their high defense stats.

Edible Items:

• Tungsten Slop grants Regeneration, Resistance, and Fire Resistance while draining your hunger bar.
• Tungsten Jerky grants temporary Strength alongside a Mining Fatigue effect.

How to Use:

1. Explore the deepslate layer underground to find and mine rare Tungsten Ore.
2. Smelt the raw material into Tungsten Powder inside a furnace.
3. Combine the powder into solid Tungsten Ingots at a crafting table.
4. Search chests in structures like Ancient Cities or Strongholds to locate a Tungsten Upgrade Template.
5. Combine your Netherite gear, a Tungsten Ingot, and the template in a Smithing Table to forge your upgraded equipment.
