Bedrock’s default saturation is painfully slow, so why not upgrade it? Blurry’s Java Saturation Addon (1.21) brings every feature from Java’s hunger system—like fast regeneration, Appleskin-style visuals, and more.

Features:

Boosted Saturation

  • Just like Java, you will heal much faster than in normal bedrock. Balancing that, hunger drains much quicker.

Appleskin Visuals

  • On Java, there is a mod called Appleskin, which visually shows how much saturation you have left. When it’s empty, you will stop healing.
  • This has been added to the addon as enabled by default; however can be turned off.

Consistent Eating Mechanics

  • The golden apple no longer gives you extra hearts when pre-gapping. This is a parity feature, as Java also has the same limit.

Configuration Menu

  • To access the config of the addon, use /scriptevent bf:config

Installation Note:

  • No player.json / Experimental Features required.
  • This pack is compatible with other player.json packs.
